Chili Mango & Lime is a combination of three ingredients commonly found in both Bangladesh and Thailand.
Chili Mango & Lime was established by husband and wife team, Jony and Mimi. Mimi a Bostonian, of Thai/American heritage met Bangladeshi Jony while he was living, working and finishing his studies in Dublin, Ireland, where she too was pursuing her master degree. After her father passed, Jony left everything to follow Mimi back to Boston to help and be with her mother, Suwanna, who owns Muang Thai Restaurant in Hingham, MA. Jony came to Boston and continued to work in his field as a hedge fund accountant but he found he wasn't happy with his job. So Mimi and Jony decided that they wanted to do something for themselves and that decision involved roaming the streets on their "Asian on Wheels" mobile to bring delicious Thai and Bangladeshi cuisine to the streets of Boston! As of the end of 2016, the food truck has morphed into a brick & mortar location in Weymouth!
